FLATZ 623 Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting

Join us to celebrate the official grand opening of FLATZ 623 Apartment Homes in Avondale on November 7th at 6pm! Bring your friends and family for an evening car show and outdoor street fair, with something for everyone.

The evening includes a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Avondale Mayor Mike Pineda, a classic car show, and a street fair with more than 20 local vendors. Shop handmade jewelry, candles, crochet, salsas, sweets, beauty products, and more from businesses like Rica’s Salsas, SolStudio Permanent Jewelry, Yayas Candles, YicaPina Crochet, Rivera’s Dulces, and Cactus Ridge Spa & Wellness.

Come hungry. Piacenza AZ will be serving Italian favorites like pasta, pinsas, salads, and wings, and Vampire Penguin Shaved Snow will have dessert.

Come out to celebrate a new addition to the Avondale community and support local businesses while you’re there!
