My name is Rob Lamb, and I am an insurance broker with Soliman Insurance. I’ve called Arizona home for 34 years, and I’ve spent every one of those years in the West Valley! As of 2026, I’m proud to have been a member of the West Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce for 16 years.
I’m also a proud Navy brat! Growing up, I had the opportunity to live in several different places, which gave me valuable experiences meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and building lasting friendships. After moving to Arizona in 1992, I graduated from Arizona State University West in 1998. I’m also the proud parent of two wonderful children, a daughter and a son.
I’ve worked in the financial services industry since 1995, gaining experience in everything from collections and mortgage lending to insurance. I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned over the years and helping people better understand their finances and manage risk. My goal is to educate individuals and families on how to protect their assets, their financial well-being, and, most importantly, themselves.
Outside of work, I enjoy meeting new people, spending time outdoors, and exploring Arizona and beyond through travel. I value the relationships I build in both my professional and personal life and enjoy being part of the community I’ve called home for more than three decades.
Melissa Krueger serves as the Municipal Manager for RepublicServices in the Phoenix Metro area, where she acts as a trusted advisor and liaison between Republic Services and the municipalities they serve. With a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence, Melissa oversees municipal partnerships in Buckeye, Anthem, and Fountain Hills, as well as the recycling contract for the City of Scottsdale.
Melissa brings deep expertise in contract management, municipal relations, and internal operations alignment to ensure RepublicServices delivers simple, sustainable waste solutions with efficiency and integrity. She is known for her responsiveness, follow-through, and ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships with city staff, mayors, and council members alike.
She was recently accepted into Leadership West Class 32, an opportunity she’s excited to leverage to deepen her understanding of WestValley infrastructure and regional leadership. Melissa also serves on the Executive Board of Directors for Keep Phoenix Beautiful, a nonprofit committed to sustainability through tree planting, recycling events, and the stewardship of two community gardens.
Outside of her professional work, Melissa is passionate about health and wellness. A former group fitness instructor, she enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, skiing, and relaxing on the beach with a good book. She is a proud single mother of two: Bella, a student at ASU, and Kyle, who is entering his senior year of high school. They are her greatest joy and the inspiration behind her hard work and dedication.

With a strong track record in sales leadership, relationship-building, and community engagement, I have been a key part of these Goodyear properties on and off since 2020.
In addition to her hotel leadership role, I proudly serve as an Ambassador and the Company Chairman of the Tourism & Hospitality Committee with the West Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, where I helps champion local tourism and business collaboration throughout the region.
Originally from Akron, Ohio, my husband and I relocated from San Antonio, Texas to Phoenix in 2018, along with their beloved dogs. With deep ties to Goodyear—her father-in-law worked for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company—it’s no surprise that she feels right at home in the West Valley. As lifelong fans of Northeast Ohio sports teams, Melissa and her family have found the perfect blend of community and opportunity in their new desert home.

Hello, I’m Jordan McGee, and I oversee Business Development and Corporate Travel at The Wigwam Resort. I’m originally from Youngstown, Ohio, but I grew up in Goodyear, Arizona, where I went to Verrado Middle and High School. I spent a lot of my early years playing basketball, and that’s really where I learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and showing up for people. Those lessons ended up shaping the way I approach hospitality and relationship‑building today.
I’m married to my wife, Ashlee, and we share our home with three cats who run the place more than we do. Anyone who knows me knows I take a lot of pride in connecting with people from all backgrounds. I enjoy learning what matters to them, finding common ground, and building relationships that last. That mindset is a big part of why I love what I do at The Wigwam.
The West Valley is home for me in every sense. I grew up here, I built my career here, and I care deeply about the growth and momentum happening in our community. Being part of a historic property like The Wigwam gives me the chance to contribute to something bigger than myself. Vice Mayor Jacquelyn Parsons was elected to the El Mirage City Council in 2024 and
appointed Vice Mayor in January 2025. She brings extensive professional experience, a
collaborative leadership approach, and a strong focus on community outcomes to her role
on the City Council.
Vice Mayor Parsons represents the City on the Maricopa County Community Development
Advisory Committee (CDAC), where she helps guide the allocation of federal funding for
community development and infrastructure priorities. She also serves as Vice Chair of the
committee, working with county and municipal partners to support projects that enhance
neighborhood quality and long-term community stability.
At the national level, Vice Mayor Parsons serves on the National League of Cities Women in
Municipal Government Committee, as well as the Small Cities Council, Military
Communities Council, and Race, Equity, and Leadership (REAL) Council. Through these
roles, she engages with local leaders across the country on issues affecting municipalities,
families, veterans, and workforce resilience.
Originally from Miami, Florida, and one of eight siblings, Vice Mayor Parsons developed a
strong foundation in teamwork, cooperation, and service at an early age. After relocating to
Arizona, she attended Trevor G. Browne High School in Phoenix and went on to build a
successful 25-year career in banking, gaining practical expertise in financial stewardship,
problem-solving, and organizational leadership.
Vice Mayor Parsons and her husband Dan have been married for more than 40 years. She is
a proud mother of three and grandmother of five. Since making El Mirage her home in 2002,
she has remained deeply engaged in the community and committed to thoughtful,
informed decision-making that supports residents and strengthens the City’s future.
