The Tolleson Union High School District is hosting our 3rdannual Commitment Day event on September 22nd and 23rd, 2026 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ.
During this two-day event, they will bring our 12th graders (approximately 3,500) to State Farm Stadium to meet with colleges, universities, trade programs, military branches, local businesses, industry partners, and more. Last year, they had nearly 140 organizations in attendance. They want students to know their options for enrollment, enlistment, and employment. Students will use this opportunity to take initial steps in committing to their future plans.
Here are some preliminary details if your organization is able to send a representative (or several).
- The district will send half of the schools (12th graders only) to the event on September 22nd and the other half on September 23rd. Students will be transported via school buses during the school day.
- All of the partner organizations will be provided tables (booths) so they can set up similar to a college and career fair. They want you to decorate your booths, and you are welcome to bring promotional items. The booths will be arranged on the stadium floor, so there is plenty of space for all our guests.
- They need a commitment from all organizations to attend both days. This allows all students an equal opportunity to visit with the same organizations whether they attend the first day or second day.
- The tentative time of the event is 9 am to 1 pm each day. This does not account for check-in procedures, preparing your space, check-out, etc. The time is subject to change.
- Students will also be provided opportunities for resume writing assistance and will be able to interview with employers at the event.
- There is no cost for organizations to attend. We will also provide a complimentary lunch for you and your team.
