The Goodyear Police Department is excited to invite you to join us for Arizona’s First Plane Pull Fundraiser, benefiting the Special Olympics of Arizona!
On Saturday, November 7 at the Goodyear Airport, teams from across the Valley will come together for a unique challenge: pulling a 737-sized aircraft weighing approximately 125,000 pounds—all in support of Special Olympics Arizona and the incredible athletes they serve.
Teams can consist of 10 to 20 participants, and each team must raise a minimum of $1,000 to compete. We anticipate a large turnout and participation from first responder agencies, local businesses, community organizations, and teams competing in an open division.
Whether you put together a team, make a donation to the Special Olympics, or help spread the word, we would love to have you be part of this inaugural event.

We'd also like to take a moment to thank Aersale, Lux Air Jet Center and the Special Olympics of Arizona. Without their support, this event would not be possible.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email us at GYPDCRB@goodyearaz.gov or Mike Burnett from Special Olympics at mike@specialolympicsarizona.org.
Sponsorships are also available. Those inquiries should be routed to Mike Burnett from Special Olympics at mike@specialolympicsarizona.org
