Our Founder: As someone who has personally experienced, witnessed and studied leadership transformation in organizations for over 20 years, Dr. Shelli Hendricks founded Blue Horizon Solutions to make world-class leadership programs more accessible for senior leaders and entrepreneurs in organizations of all shapes and sizes. Our practice is grounded in: Executive coaching with senior leaders and founders, Original research on what leaders learned during the COVID-19 pandemic, Developmental leadership theory applied in real-world conditions.
