Adrienne launched Small Business Profit Strategies in March 2023, bringing more than a decade of expertise in business growth and financial strategy to entrepreneurs seeking greater success. She credits much of her journey to the invaluable mentorship she’s received, which has provided accountability, strategic insight, and guidance in navigating the challenges of business ownership.
Her advice to new business owners? “Know your numbers! Numbers tell a story—what’s working, what’s not. If finance isn’t your strength, make sure you have someone who can break it down for you. Understanding your financials is key to making smart, strategic decisions.”
